EXECUTIVE RECRUITING– ICBS agents will attract, vet and deliver candidates for your permanent or temporary positions. ICBS currently has a pool of interested talent and is consistently searching and adding new talent. Gives ICBS the details on the position and we will find your company’s future.
AMBASSADOR PROGRAMMING– ICBS can install and supply your organization with an Ambassador Program. This part time program is an excellent way to build talent from within your organization while covering important tasks such as demos, events, and even account management.
SALES/MARKETING PLANNING– ICBS team is excited to assist your organization in creating, building and assisting in the implementation of your Sales/ Marketing Plan. This can include setting sales goals, targeting accounts or distribution drives and or implementing an incentive plan.
